      For such a small volume of business, it is not economical to have a letter of credit opened. Therefore, we insist that we pay you on clean collection. For larger business in future, we will be prepared to accept payment by letter of credit.

      Your first priority to the consideration of the above suggestion and an early favourable reply will be highly appreciated.
